I am so happy to have you here. My name is Bettina and I help conscious women breaking through their underlying obstacles and stepping into their greatest potential. I am personally trained by Dr. Claire Zammit in her Woman-Centered Coaching methodology which I am combining with other tools I’ve been learning for the last 20 years. Your new reality doesn’t manifest in your life until you embody it.
I would love to help you exploring your human potential, by tearing down your inner walls and teaching you how to connect with yourself, others and the world around you. In essence, I will help you to grow into your highest potential; stepping into your power and self-leadership.
I know from my own experience quite well how it feels, when we women, despite of our achievements are ‘playing small’, not seeing our own talents but yearn for a bigger contribution and have the desire to be fulfilled and aligned with our purpose. According to my own experience this is a process we cannot carry out on our own, it requires a Growth-Partner. As a white privileged woman, being born and raised in Germany, it is my duty to speak up for humanity. ‘Never again’ means ‘Never again’ for anyone on this planet and of course this includes Palestinians!

In my book I point out the parallelism between the components of a house, the human body & our intangibles. Our tangibles are our values, yearnings, mindset, emotions, dreams, inner barriers …
During transformational processes we need to create a safe space within us, an inner safe space, from where we can grow into and finally embody a new state of being.
Life transformational processes ocurre on an identity level and happen very much on a body level, something we haven’t been really told up until now.
The metaphor of the house is easy and relatable and allows us to explore and grow into the person we need to be to bring to life our desires.

With Bettina’s help and during the process with her I achieved real changes in my life, shifts I was unable to generate for many years of psychotherapy.
